Magnificats

In connection with the international festival of the Catalan Federation of Choral Entities (FCEC), we are offering Bach’s and Mendelssohn’s Magnificats. These are two works of extraordinary richness in terms of their instrumentation and writing, in which both of the illustrious composers proposed extreme displays of brilliance in the vocal and orchestral parts.

Likewise, the choirs and soloists taking part in these performances are an example of great international diversity, with groups from the United States, China and Norway, as well as soloists from Japan, Germany and England. This demonstrates, once again, the inherent universality of this brilliant music.
