Jana Corominas, mezzosoprano<\/em><\/h2>\n

Jana Corominas is a mezzo-soprano from Barcelona. She began her musical studies at the age of 5 with the Suzuki method. In 2024, she graduated from the Conservatori Superior del Liceu under the guidance of baritone Joan Mart\u00edn Royo, with whom, together with Marta Pujol, she has completed the Master\u2019s degree in Vocal Performance at the same institution. She is currently pursuing the official Master\u2019s in Lied \u201cVictoria de los \u00c1ngeles\u201d at ESMUC.<\/p>\n

She has been awarded a scholarship to participate in the 2025 edition of Lied the Future, a talent development programme run by the Associaci\u00f3 Franz Schubert with the support of Fundaci\u00f3n Banco Sabadell and Fundaci\u00f3n Ferrer-Salat. She has furthered her vocal training through masterclasses, academies and courses with renowned professionals such as Emma Kirkby, Eduardo L\u00f3pez Banzo, Marta Infante, Llu\u00eds Vilamaj\u00f3, Sophie Koch, Christiane Karg, Didier Laclau-Barr\u00e8re, Benjamin Appl, Francisco Poyato, Wolfram Rieger, Luciana Serra, among others.<\/p>\n

She regularly collaborates with some of the most important choirs in Catalonia, including the Palau de la M\u00fasica Chamber Choir, Cor Francesc Valls, Bach Collegium and the Bachcelona Akademie choir. She has worked with prominent national and international conductors such as Gustavo Dudamel, Christoph Siebert, Christoph Pr\u00e9gardien, Llu\u00eds Vilamaj\u00f3, Pere Llu\u00eds Biosca, Manel Valdivieso and Mireia Barrera.
